Ordering Online

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Please remember that the total charged to your credit card may be adjusted based on inventory quantities of new and used books at the time your order is processed.  Visit us again after you have placed your order to view your order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store at no additional cost!

Shipping Policies

Fedex Delivery
Local Fedex charges are $10.00 for the first item, and $2.00 for each additional item. Free shipping on gift cards. Out-of-state shipping is $15 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Signatures are not required for Fedex Ground shipments, so the driver will leave the package if you are not at home.

In-Store Pickup Next Business Day
Your order is ready as soon as you receive your second email from the bookstore.  Bring a photo ID and your web order number to the online pickup window.

Returns

Bring refundable items and your receipt to the Hawk Bookstore within the refund period.  Fall textbooks can be refunded until September 4.  All textbook sales after the refund deadline are considered final. No refunds during any finals week.  General merchandise must be returned for a refund no more than 2 weeks after you receive it. Shrink-wrapped packages must be unopened for a full refund. Damaged or soiled books and opened packages will be refunded at the used book price (75% of the new price). Access codes cannot be refunded if opened.  All refunds are subject to a restocking fee.  Bring the Visa or MasterCard you used for the purchase, so that we may credit your account.  Please note:  Banks may take 14-30 days to post debit/credit card refunds to your account.
