Please remember that the total charged to your credit card may be adjusted based on inventory quantities of new and used books at the time your order is processed.  Visit us again after you have placed your order to view your order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store at no additional cost!

Shipping Policies

Fedex Delivery and In-Store Pickup
Local Fedex charges are $8.50 for the first item, and $1.25 for each additional item. Diploma frames carry a $10 shipping charge each. Out-of-state shipping is $15 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. You will receive your order in 3-7 days. If you are picking up your order at the Hawk Bookstore, please allow at least 24 hours for processing and bring a photo ID.

Returns

Bring refundable items and your receipt to the Hawk Bookstore within the refund period. Digital textbooks are not refundable once downloaded.  Summer textbooks can be refunded during the first week of class only. Refund deadlines for television, mini, and all other short-term sessions will be one week from the starting day of class. General merchandise must be returned for a refund no more than 2 weeks after you receive it. Shrink-wrapped packages must be unopened for a full refund. Damaged or soiled books and opened packages will be refunded at the used book price (75% of the new price). Bring the Visa or MasterCard you used for the purchase, so that we may credit your account.
