Shipping: These items are shipped via Fedex. Shipping charges are $8.50 for the first item, and $1.25 for each additional item. Out-of-state shipping is $15 for the first item, and $1.50 for each additional item. Fedex shipments take 3-7 days after we receive your order. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Make sure to fill in your first AND last name, and your complete mailing address, as well as your correct email address. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
- Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard for online purchases. You will receive a receipt with your order.
- Refunds: Refundable items must be returned to the Don Bookstore within two weeks of the date your order was delivered. (Dissecting kits are non-refundable.) Please provide the credit card number and expiration date used for the purchase, so that we may credit your account.
